Good morning darlings! It is the day of Christmas eve and I am cozied up and hiding in, obviously enjoying some Earl Grey Tea! I know I’ve been posting a lot about guest blogs that I’ve done, but I promise that this is the last one I am going to share for awhile, as I got a little bit caught up in holiday writing!
This one is near and dear to my heart, as I had the opportunity to team up with Earth Balance, which is one of the products that helped me realize vegan baking was so accessible in the first place.
So, this week my recipe for Vegan Nanaimo Bars was shared as part of their Holiday Bake off!
There are some pretty lovely prizes for the winner including a trip to Colorado where their headquarters happen to be.
